This is a trend that is admittedly difficult to pull-off, but if you’re daring enough to try, there are lots of options out there! The plus side to a manufactured pair of ripped leggings is that they probably won’t continue to shred, and have a cleaner look. If you don’t want to spend a lot on the trend, there always Forever 21, but if you’d rather go the DIY route, all you need is a simple pair of thick black leggings and scissors!

The peplum trend is in full force and lucky for us there are lots of great options on budget thanks to the likes of Asos & Forever 21. A peplum is a ruffle at the waist that can be found on a high-waisted skirt, dress, top, or a jacket.

This Spring the skinny jeans are coming off and the short cut offs are coming on! The more shredded the better. We love the True Religion Joey shorts with their perfect amount of fringe. However, the American Eagle cut offs are also great and are a less expensive option!
