Trend Alert: Peplums

The peplum trend is in full force and lucky for us there are lots of great options on budget thanks to the likes of Asos & Forever 21. A peplum is a ruffle at the waist that can be found on a high-waisted skirt, dress, top, or a jacket.
The look works for day or night, and the Asos Washed Twill Pencil Peplum skirt at right would be awesome for a day at the office.
