I absolutely loved this outfit on good ol’e Hil! Her style can fluctuate but all I have to say about this is

Love it! Especially the belted area of the skirt….and the earrings.
I like the apparel - the skirt and the top are beautiful. Also the accessories are perfect match. But I don’t like how the clothes fit Hilary Duff figure. Which proves that not always the expensive clothes make a good look.
